VoiceOfBharat.org shares with you views of the thought leaders on each of these challenges. To start with, we present one thought leader, expert in each field by May 15, 2011. Post this, we will start sharing views of at least 5 to 10 experts per issue. Important Note on professionals in the social sector
Most of the NGOs / Civil Society movements in India are founder led and if we want to become a developed nation, its important to get best quality professionals work and start leading these organisations while the founder is still around. We are happy to share some of the best professionals in the NGO / Civil Society Sector in India.

We want to particularly highlight the professionals for two reasons.
1 We want their contribution to the society to be acknowleged on par with founders.
2 We can see the trend where issues will now be taken nationally / internationally by corporate foundations, philanthropists ...who will act as social investors and who will build professional organisations.
