Challanges on VoiceOfBharat.org
Appreciate the social, developmental, environmental, economic and
political challenges with the help of members of planning commission,
members of national advisory council, civil society leaders.....
VoiceOfBharat.org plans to cover about 60 issues & subissues
to share with our visitors the social, developmental, environmental
and economic canvas of India.
In each issue, we will talk to 3 to 5 thought leaders to get a
national perspective. And depending on the nature of the issue,
we will invite members of our network across the country to share
local issues. e.g. in case of arsenic water, we will get local community
members share the ground issues, similarly, in case of man animal
conflict, in addition to the expert opinion, we will invite locals
to share their concerns.
The purpose of our coverage of issues is action. So, we will share
the government policies, schemes, the legal angle, and soon will
start sharing innovative, replicable and scalable programmes. To
help you appreciate the size of the canvas, we will share national
and regional statistics.
While most of the issues will have subissues within the issue,
in case of education, we have taken primary, secondary, higher and
adult education separately because we want the nation to have greater
focus on quality education. In addition, soon, we will start video
series on vocational training. This is so critical because if the
millions of youth in this country dont get income generation opportunities,
we will not only loose a golden opportunity of numbers on hand,
but it infact, will boomrang.
